Originally from Bombay, I've lived & worked across Bombay, London, Bangalore & Stockholm and am now back in London building a FINTECH business on top of Open Banking.

My Professional Experience (until 2017) was split between two phases of FIN(ance) + TECH(nology):

- 2008-13 - FIN(ance): Investment banking, a value hedge fund, venture fundraising & global strategy/M&A roles in Bombay & London.

- 2014-17 - TECH(nology): Product Co-Founder at multiple early-stage, VC-led B2C startups in Bangalore (India's Silicon Valley) w/ 1 EXIT.

In Dec 2017, I was extremely fortunate to have received a second life after being involved in a near fatal car crash. While recovering gradually (2018-21), I undertook multiple Venture Consulting projects, Qualifications & Startup Experiments.

Upon recovering completely, I moved to Stockholm to revamp Truecaller's iOS app in early 2022. Over an intense 7-month marathon, we rolled out of a brand new iOS app, written from the ground up; that helped us double our global iOS users within a couple weeks of launch!

I then leveraged my background in FINance + TECHnology to team up with an old college friend (& ex-colleague) in London to setup a fintech, Passvoy - a Neo Bank for the Indian diaspora & voyagers to India (FX on UPI). Unfortunately, we ran into regulatory hurdles in 2024 & had to wind Passvoy down. My learnings from Passvoy led me to Verifany - a C2C financial verification platform starting with the UK & Europe.
